Pagi & Kopi Home
CLOSING Sale: 40% Off Sitewide Use Code: LOVEYOUBYE
After much thought and deliberation, we have made the decision to close the Coffee Roastery and PagiCoffee.com. Our final day of operation will be **April 22, 2026**.
We have had the privilege of roasting hundereds of batches, discovering new small farm coffees, and sending them out into homes across the country. Knowing that our coffee was part of your mornings, conversations, and routines has meant more to us than we can properly express.
For many small businesses there is a moment when the right thing to do is to close the chapter with honesty and gratitude. This is that moment for us. While the roastery will be winding down, the memories of the people who supported it will remain in our hearts.
Before we close the doors, we would love the chance to send you one more bag. We have lots of Bali Blue and Matahari ready to roast.
To thank everyone who supported us over the years, we are offering 40% OFF as part of our final sale. It is our way of saying thank you and sharing one last roast together.
If Pagi has ever been part of your daily routine, we hope you’ll join us for this final stretch.
From all of us here, thank you for being part of the journey. It has been our genuine pleasure to roast for you.
P.S. FOR OUR SUBSCRIBERS: Subscriptions will not be a feature for March and April, it will be a bag or two from our most recent roast at the time of order. BUT we encourage you to cancel your subscription and take advantage of our sale.
July welcomes a flavorful Peaberry from the Arusha Region.
From the loam-rich Tanzanian great lakes comes one of our favorite finds: the Tanzania Peaberry. Unlike most coffee beans, which grow in pairs, peaberries naturally grow solo, resulting in a smaller, rounder bean with more concentrated flavor.
This peaberry is sourced from a small cooperative near the Arusha region, where farmers handpick and sun-dry every batch. The result? A cup bursting with juicy acidity and clean notes of blackcurrant, citrus zest, and a hint of raw sugar.
Sumatra Ketiara Women's Run Co-OP is back!
We're thrilled to share our latest arrival: the 2025 Crop of Sumatra Ketiara Women’s Run Co-Op – a standout single origin from the lush Gayo Highlands.
This flavorful new crop is brought to you by an inspiring women-led cooperative, and it’s everything we love about Sumatran coffee—earthy, complex, and full of character.
Tasting Notes:
🍑 Plum
🌰 Roasted Almond
🌿 Silky Body & Subtle Spice
It’s a warm, comforting cup with depth and a story worth sipping on.

Myanmar is back!
After years of trying, we reconnected to one of our favorite farms in Myanmar and we are thrilled with this excellent coffee. It’s a smooth Organic Natural process that hits the tongue with vanilla bean and finishes with a hint of peach.
Note: Myanmar Natural will be our feature roast for subscribers in June. A lovely coffee to sip on those summer mornings.
